The seven drawers are intended for common automotive and industrial hand tools, pneumatic tools and small-to-medium components. The main limits to check are the rated load per drawer and the internal drawer height.

·       Load capacity: approximately 600 kg for the complete cart and about 45 kg per drawer. This supports heavier hand-tool sets such as socket sets and torque wrenches, provided the total and per-drawer limits are not exceeded.

·       Drawer dimensions: approximately 880 mm wide × 443 mm deep × 88 mm high. Extra-long or tall tools should be checked against these internal dimensions before storage.

·       Organisation: all seven drawers are the same height and can be fully extended, making it easier to group tools by category, such as sockets, wrenches, pliers and consumables.

·       Expandable side storage: the integrated side mesh area can be paired with optional accessories such as a side door for dust protection, bottle holders for fluids and a pegboard for frequently used tools.

·       Dusty industrial environments: the drawer slides are not fully sealed. In casting, grinding or other high-dust work areas, accumulated debris may increase sliding resistance, so the slides should be inspected and cleaned regularly.

·       Full access: each drawer can extend to 100%, allowing users to reach tools stored at the back of the drawer.

·       Slide durability: the three-stage ball-bearing drawer slides have undergone approximately 160,000 laboratory open/close cycles with alternating unloaded and loaded conditions.

·       Individual drawer retention: each drawer has its own release latch, reducing the chance of a drawer sliding open from inertia while the cart is being moved.

·       Central locking: a cylinder-style central lock can secure all drawers together before the cart is moved or left unattended.

·       Movement on slopes or over obstacles: on surfaces steeper than 5°, or when moving quickly across obstacles, there is still a risk of cart movement or drawer shift. Lock the central system before moving and place heavier tools in the lower drawers to keep the centre of gravity low.

·       Parking stability: the cart uses 6 × 2-inch heavy-duty casters, including two casters with dual braking functions for wheel braking and steering lock.

CHOOSING A WORKTOP

·       The standard top is 1.5 mm cold-rolled steel and is suitable for light assembly and general workshop tasks.

·       For impact-heavy work, a wooden worktop can help absorb vibration and impact.

·       For oily environments or applications where scratch resistance and cleanability are priorities, a stainless-steel worktop is available as an option.

·       Any load placed on the top surface must be included within the cart’s approximate 600 kg total rated load.

DURABILITY AND WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT

·       The cart uses an all-steel structure. The top and bottom plates are 1.5 mm cold-rolled steel, while other structural parts are 0.9 mm steel.

·       An electrostatic coated finish helps protect the steel structure against corrosion in industrial workshop conditions.

·       Seven colour choices — red, black, blue, purple, green, orange and grey — can support workshop zoning, tool identification or 5S/6S visual-management systems.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

·       Regularly inspect caster bolts and fasteners to maintain stable rolling and parking performance.

·       In dusty environments, inspect and clean the drawer slides more frequently to preserve smooth operation.
